Charging and allocation

Preorders are charged at the time of ordering and allocated in order of purchase.

If an upstream allocation changes, affected customers will be contacted with the available options. Product-specific terms take priority where shown.

Release dates are set by the publisher and can move. Where a date is known it appears on the product page, taken directly from the product data.
