Your right to cancel
UK consumers may cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery and return the items within a further 14 days.
Contact us before returning an item so the correct return instructions can be provided. Products should be returned in the condition received; statutory rights are not affected.
Damaged in transit
Report transit damage promptly with photographs through the contact route and the team will review the available remedy.
