What we collect

When you place an order, checkout is handled by Shopify and the details needed to process and deliver that order are stored there.

When you submit a collection enquiry or join the collector list, we store the details you send us — including your email address, the time you gave consent and where you signed up.

How we use it

Order data is used to fulfil and support your order. Enquiry data is used to reply to you. Marketing sign-ups are used only to send collector updates once our mailing service is connected.

We do not sell your data.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time. To request access to or deletion of your data, contact us and we will action it.
